Welcome to the Fly By Fun Hub
Job offers, your bookings and availability, and a chat with the office, all in one place. The Hub replaces Rosterfy from 30 October.

Five steps, about 10 minutes
Log in
Go to hub.flybyfun.com.au and tap Set one up (under “First time here?”). Enter the email address Fly By Fun has for you (the one you used for Rosterfy) and we'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter the code, then choose a password.
Next time, just log in with your email and password.
Open the HubSet up your profile
Choose a photo of yourself or an emoji, then add your details, your Working with Children Check, tax and super, and an emergency contact. It takes about 5 minutes, and each part saves on its own, so you can finish later.
Add the app to your phone
So the Hub opens with one tap, like any other app on your phone. It takes a minute.

- 1Open hub.flybyfun.com.au in Safari (not inside WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook).
- 2Tap the Share button: the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen. On newer iPhones, tap ••• first.
- 3Scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- 4That's it: open the Hub from the new Fly By Fun app on your phone.
Turn on notifications
So you hear about job offers and messages straight away:
Tap your picture (top right) → Notifications → Turn on notifications → Allow. Then tap Send me a test to check it works.
On iPhone, open the Hub from the Fly By Fun app on your phone first: iPhones only allow notifications from there.
You're ready
New job offers show on My Jobs. Tap one to see the details, then Accept or Decline. Once you're booked, the address and the contact for the day appear there too.
